Residential Weatherization

Want save money and increase your home's value by making it energy efficient and comfortable place? The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) Weatherization program has been doing just that for 40 years now. Visit the program's website or Fraser Town Hall for information on how to apply.

General Program Requirements

In order to qualify for this program, you must be a resident of the state of Colorado. Preference may be given to:

  • People over 60 years of age
  • Families with one or more members with a disability
  • Families with children (in most states)

In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

*For households with more than eight people, add  $8,320 per additional person. Always check with the appropriate managing agency to ensure the most accurate guidelines.

Under DOE guidelines, you are automatically eligible to receive weatherization assistance if you receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF).
