The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of five members of the community appointed by the Board of Trustees. The members must be resident property owners in the Town of Fraser. The Board of Adjustment is granted jurisdiction over the granting of variances from the provisions of the Fraser Zoning Ordinance.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis at the Fraser Town Hall. Agendas for all public meetings are posted at the Town Hall.
The procedure for requesting a variance is delineated in Section 16-12-30 of the Fraser Municipal Code.
