Fraser Economic Development Policy
The Fraser Town Board has conveyed a strong message in the 2017 Budget that Fraser is “Open for Business.” Accordingly, EDAC, established in 2016 to assist the Board in developing policies to enhance the local economy, has created the Economic Development Policy with approval the Fraser Town Board.
Fraser Housing Policy
The Fraser Town Board has identified housing a policy priority. Like many Colorado mountain communities, the lack of sufficient housing is impacting quality of life and economic development in the Fraser Valley. Accordingly, the Fraser Town Board is providing this policy to outline the Town’s interest in working with our development community to help mitigate these challenges.

Broadband Study - The Town of Fraser, in partnership with the Town of Winter Park, completed a Broadband Study. The purpose of the study was to identify opportunities to improve broadband services in the community, for both quality of life and economic development purposes. Fifty percent of the cost of the project was underwritten by a grant from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.
