Cozens Ranch Open Space

The Cozens Ranch Open Space is a Town of Fraser amenity offering biking, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing and other opportunities centrally located within the community.  It includes over two miles of pedestrian trails, two  miles of the Fraser River, several fishing ponds, and other amenities.

Billy Cozens settled the Fraser Valley in the late 1800's.  His ranch house is operated today as Cozens Ranch Museum.

Access the Cozens Ranch Open Space from the Fraser River Trail as it intersects County Road 604 (by Safeway), or as it intersects Rendezvous Road (near Millinnium Bank) or from the Lions Ponds.
