PLANES, TRAINS, AND AUTOMOBILES - - - - - Fraser can be reached in a variety of ways; automobile, Home James luxury van service from Denver International Airport, train - either Amtrak or the Ski Train, and Greyhound bus. The enthusiastically athletic can mountain bike, road bike or cross-country ski to Fraser!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO FRASER:

From DENVER: Take I-70 west to exit #232, on to U.S. Hwy. 40, travel approximately 28 miles, passing through the towns of Empire, Berthoud Falls and Winter Park (approximately 70 miles total from Denver) into Fraser.

From DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: exit the airport (via Pena Blvd.) onto I-70 west, travel through Denver to exit #232, on to U.S. Hwy. 40 and follow above directions (approx. 80 miles) into Fraser.

From STEAMBOAT SPRINGS: travel southeast on U.S. Hwy 40 (approximately 95 miles) to Fraser.

From GLENWOOD SPRINGS: travel east on I-70 to exit #232, on to U.S. Hwy. 40 (approximately 135 miles) then drive north on Hwy 40 into Fraser..

From Fort Collins, Loveland, Boulder, Estes Park (summer months only): Travel west on U.S. Highway 34 to Granby, Colorado, turn left (southeast) on U.S. Hwy. 40 (approximately 15 miles southeast of Granby) to Fraser. In winter, travel south on I-25 to I-70 west and see directions from Denver to Fraser.

From Walden and points north (Wyoming): travel south on U.S. Hwy 125 to Granby, Colorado, turn left (southeast) on U.S. Hwy. 40 (approximately 15 miles) to Fraser.

NOTE: There is NO THROUGH ROUTE over the Continental Divide between Rollinsville and Winter Park on the Moffat Road. The road is a dead end from both towns, ending at the Needle's Eye Tunnel on the Rollinsville side and ending at Rollins Pass on the Winter Park side of the Divide.
